Back to the Future II

• This scene from back to the future II gives us a good insight on the environment that Mcfly flew into in the future. The props are very futuristic, including flying cars and street lights. The set is pretty open since its outdoors and they did a good job at making it look realistic as well as futuristic. The costumes for the characters are very pop and flashy as well as McFly is wearing futuristic Nike self tying shoes. The lighting is very neutral since its cloudy, setting a cool tone. The camera shot is set at a high angle and as well as a long shot that sets the main character in the middle of everything futuristic that surrounds him. the color balance flows really well with the buildings being neutral colors and the green life as well. For sound it is possible to hear the flying cars as well as people talking.

Home Alone II

• This scene is from Home Alone II, where Charlie is lost in a church and Donald Trump has a conversation with him. The props in the shot are church style, containing chandeliers, candles, as well as a bunch of religious symbols throughout the place indicating it's a church. The set is in a church in the middle of winter. For the costumes, the people are wearing layers of clothes to protect themselves from the cold, making it a realistic wear. The lighting of the shot is very well lit due to all the lighting coming from the chandeliers and the candles. The tone to the shot is warmer to show that its cozy inside the church compared to the outside while it's snowing. The shot of this camera angle is set at a lower point of view than the eye level as well as its a two shot mid shot. the colors highlighted are white and gold but also the coat of the main character and the greens from the plants. for sound it is an angelic tone from the people singing in the background as well as it is Christmas during that time

Insidious I

• This scene is form Insidious I when The lady that sees ghosts is painting a picture of how the demon looked next to the child. The props in the scene vary from the child and toy furniture while also implementing the surgical and medical elements from the child's life support. The set is filmed in the child's room containing elements from a bedroom. The lighting is very dim but enough to outline the child in a coma in the bed and the darkness coming from the demon. The costumes provided are the child in the pijamas and the demon in all black with claws and a red face. the tone is very cool due to it being a very cold and scary scene that shows the weakness from the child. The camera angel is set at eye level with the demon but showing the weakness of the child from the top, this can also be a play with blocking as the more powerful creature is at a upright vertical line and the weak child is at a horizontal flat line. The colors are very white and black to show the contrast between the demon and the room. For sound its very high pitched violins playing and agitated soudns causing a very scary and omnious feeling to the viewer
