Equipments and Props

For my magazine pictures to be set up and ready, it means I need the fashion to be top-floor. After taking care of the outfits and the accesories, we have to complete the story by connecting the outfit with the set, and that can be done with equipments and props.

If i am working with natural elements for my pictures, like outside locations. I would say my equipment would be my phone camera. My Iphone 14 pro max camera will be sufficient to take high quality pictures for my magazine. While for props, it would be little things that can be included to the outfit but would not be an accesory. For example, A blue themed outfit with a mega blueberry slushie from 7 eleven makes the outfit whole.

However, if i am working in a studio. I would have to get stuff set up in many ways, which can cost a lot of money. I would need a black and/or white background and a green screen background to mask out the model i am shooting for. The lighting should not be too hard for the most part apart from getting that equipment, and for the camera i could rent out a good one or just use my already good phone camera.

To conclude, Shooting pictrues outside in the streets will be 100 percent easier than shooting in a studio and i have more versatility with my surroundings to create a story. And for my props, I believe it will be easier to find it out in nature as well. From using traffic cones as helmets to fire hydrants as color theme for an outfit. I will be able to shoot fashion for my magazine. GILIAZ.
